Congratulations on making the epic decision to join this course and prepare your body for pregnancy.

The next 4 weeks we will go step by step through 8 sections, learning how to maximise fertility potential along the way. If you don't understand anything at any point, please leave a comment so I can give you clarity. We're here to learn, improve ourselves, all while smiling and having fun.

The best place to get answers will be the weekly Zoom calls. They won't be recorded so your privacy is assured. It's the equivalent to having a one on one session with me in clinic - so not only do you get all the knowledge from this course, but you get individualised attention as well. Bonus!
